Salruth Cottage is a traditional, stone built, detached cottage situated in a quiet residential area just a few minutes walk from the local amenities. The property provides spacious and comfortable accommodation with a modern well-equipped kitchen, two separate sitting rooms, a large dining room and a lovely secluded and secure garden area. Located in the town of Alloa, the cottage affords the holidaymaker after a day's sightseeing, the choice of walking to the nearest pub or enjoying a relaxing evening in the large secluded rear garden - without the worry of who is driving. Alternatively, the local train station is less than 10 minutes walk away and Glasgow (30 miles), Edinburgh (35 miles), Stirling (8 miles) and Perth (33 miles) all within easy reach.
